Group Sales
SPOTLIGHTERS welcomes groups to attend our performances.
How to order Group Tickets:
One person is the contact person for the group.
The Contact Person may click on the TICKETS icon for the relevant show and order all tickets at one time using a credit card.
The ticketing system will apply the Group Rate determined by the number of tickets purchased,
Group - Price per ticket
10 - $17 each
15 - $15 each
25 - $13 each
35 - $12 each
On the night of the performance, the contact person for the group will pick-up ALL tickets from the Box Office and will be responsible for distribution to the group.
It is suggested that groups arrive at the theatre no less than 30 minutes prior to curtain so that they may sit together, once the house is opened.
All seating is general admission. The house opens for seating approximately 30 minutes prior to the curtain.

Community / Corporate Events
Groups interested in purchasing the entire theatre for a larger group or corporate event, may do so.
Sixty-five (65) seats are available for an organization. The theatre reserves 5 seats for Front of House staff.
Groups wishing to host a Theatre Fund Raiser Night have three options.
Option 1:
The organization will select an evening or matinee performance and Buy Out the theatre for that evening ($780).
The group will be provided with 65 tickets which they may re-sell for whatever amount they choose. (Most groups set the Fund Raiser price between $25 and $50 per ticket.) Groups can earn between $1300 and $3000 for their organization. The theatre will not sell any tickets for the Fund Raiser Night. All seats are reserved for the organization's use.
A deposit of $400 is required to place the reservation.
Fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation date, the balance ($380) is due. If the organization has not sold all 65 tickets, the un-sold tickets may be released to the theatre and the theatre will attempt to sell the tickets.
The organization will be credited $10 for each ticket sold.
