SPECIAL EVENTS
- After-School Classes
Classes for students in grades 3rd through 6th.   Learn the basic skills of acting and stage craft.  Participate in showcase performances.   
This fall, students will participate in a production of the opera Hansel and Gretel.
Hansel and Gretel is a collaboration between Spotlighters Theatre and Harlem Park Recreation Center. This production will combine professional performers with the youth in the Baltimore community. It will be a very exciting experience for everyone involved.
Performance at Harlem Park Rec Center:   Date to be announced.
Classes will be Wednesday & Thursday every week, at 3:00-5:30pm (students may arrive until 3:30pm), beginning October 20, 2021, and running through mid December 2021.
Cost is $125 for the 6 week program.  (Please click on the button to register.)

- Baltimore Playwrights Festival
Readings of new works - open to the public.  Events include a post show discussion about the work, with the director & playwright
- Cabaret Series       
A variety of performances by local and regional talent.   
- Topic Tuesday
A pre-opening discussion with our directors, dramaturg, and other interested members of the community, about the content and social impact and relevance of the work.
