What does my ONE TIME Donation do . . .
$25 - Buys a prop or costume piece for one of our shows.
$50 - Buys the supplies needed to paint the set.
$120 - Pays the stipend for an artist.
$270 - Keeps the lights running for a day.
What does my Monthly Donation do . . .
$10/Month - Provides the Stipend for ONE Stage Manager for a production.
$25/Month - Provides Stipends for THREE Designers for a production.
$35/Month - Provides Stipends for FIVE Crew Members and One Board Technician for a production.
$50/Month - Provides the Budget for Costumes & Set for a production.
$100/Month - Provides 50% of the royalty fees for a show.
Spotlighters faces daily operating costs—rent, utilities, insurance, salaries, supplies, cleaning, internet, and more—whether or not a show is onstage. For the 2025–2026 season, we must raise over $150,000 to cover these expenses. After projected ticket sales and grants, that leaves $275 per day needed to keep our doors open.
We’re asking you to sponsor one day of operations for $275.

Spotlighters is preparing for an upcoming season, which means securing royalties and licensing for our productions. Each year, we invest over $12,000 in these essential costs.
You can support a production by becoming an Executive Producer.
A contribution of $1,500 sponsors one Mainstage show, and your name or company will be listed as that show’s Executive Producer.

The Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system we had installed post-Pandemic has become "un-repairable" due to replacement parts no longer being available. We have received a quote for a larger more efficient replacement system.
COST: $34,000
We are seeking grant funding, but grant processing can take up to 90 days,... and we need to have heat in the space for rehearsals, and open a new show on March 6, 2026.
Please make a donation today to support the temporary heating rental and the replacement Theatre HVAC system.
An anonymous friend of Spotlighters has offered to match every $1 donation with $2 - up to a Grand Total of $15,000. That means that if we can raise $5,000 by March 28, 2026 - we will have $15,000 towards the $33,000 HVAC System replacement costs!
