What does my ONE TIME Donation do . . .
$25 - Buys a prop or costume piece for one of our shows.
$50 - Buys the supplies needed to paint the set.
$120 - Pays the stipend for an artist.
$270 - Keeps the lights running for a day.
What does my Monthly Donation do . . .
$10/Month - Provides the Stipend for ONE Stage Manager for a production.
$25/Month - Provides Stipends for THREE Designers for a production.
$35/Month - Provides Stipends for FIVE Crew Members and One Board Technician for a production.
$50/Month - Provides the Budget for Costumes & Set for a production.
$100/Month - Provides 50% of the royalty fees for a show.
Spotlighters faces daily operating costs—rent, utilities, insurance, salaries, supplies, cleaning, internet, and more—whether or not a show is onstage. For the 2023–2024 season, we must raise $150,000 to cover these expenses. After projected ticket sales and grants, that leaves $275 per day needed to keep our doors open.

Spotlighters is preparing for an upcoming season, which means securing royalties and licensing for our productions. Each year, we invest over $12,000 in these essential costs.
You can support a production by becoming an Executive Producer.
A contribution of $1,500 sponsors one Mainstage show, and your name or company will be listed as that show’s Executive Producer.

The IN-WALL heating and cooling unit for the lobby has ceased to function. The France-Merrick Foundation has awarded Spotlighters Theatre a $40,000 grant to partially fund our Lobby & Backstage HVAC Project. The project is estimated to cost $45,000 for the basic system, along with needed repairs following the installation! (Security Fencing, Repairs to Plaster, Re-painting, etc.) And we all know that there are always hidden expenses that POP-UP in any major renovation project. The new system will provide for much needed improved heating and cooling in our Lobby, Box Office, Staff Office and Backstage. Consider donating to help us meet our goal.
