How do I buy tickets?

The Box Office is open 1 hour prior to each performance.
Tickets may be purchased by selecting the Tickets button above.

Tickets may be placed on Will Call by calling 410-752-1225 or emailing Tickets; check our Contact Us and Tickets pages for more details.

Will Call tickets are held until 30 minutes before curtain.

Cash & debit or credit cards are accepted at the Box Office. Tap-To-Pay is available for concessions not tickets (yet). Card security is managed by our ticket vendor; see details here.

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance during the run; the exchange must be made at least 1 hour prior to original curtain.

Dates, casting, and repertoire are subject to change without notice.

Is Spotlighters accessible?
‍

Spotlighters will make all attempts possible to provide seating at all performances for persons with disabilities. Please advise the Box Office two weeks in advance of any special needs, so preparations can be completed. PLEASE NOTE: at this time, there is NO wheel chair access to the theatre. Advance seating and Reserve seating are available for individuals and their guests that require assistance in mobility, or have special needs. Please advise the Box Office as early as possible, and upon your arrival.

Can we exchange tickets?
Can we get refunds?

Tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date within the run of the show. This exchange must occur 1 hour prior to ticketed performance curtain.

TICKET EXCHANGE:
Tickets may only be exchanged for another performance of the same show. Tickets may not be exchanged for future productions, unless the original performance has been canceled by the theatre (due to weather, illness, etc).

What about the children?
‍

Some productions may not be suitable for young children. If you are unsure whether a performance is appropriate, please contact the Box Office by phone or email.

What is the seating like?
‍

Theatre in the round, with rows on 4 sides of a square stage.

Open seating, first-come, first-served. All seats can see the stage; there are 4 structural columns bordering the stage.

Please refrain from walking across the stage or touching props, for our mutual safety.

Do you have drinks + snacks?
‍

As of 2026, Spotlghters has concessions from drinks to snacks in 3 prices:
$1 for water
$2 for snacks
$5 for wine
Only water may be brought into the theatre.

Cash, credit, debit and tap-to-pay are available. Tips are welcome.

What if I'm late for a show?

Late comers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and Stage Manager, during an appropriate interval in the performance. There are no refunds or discounts for late arrivals. In some performances, late seating may not be available until intermission (if there is one or more).

What if it snows?
‍

Visit our weather policy page, or, wait a few minutes, hon.

What about cameras?
Filming?
Recording of any kind?

No, none of that.

The use of cameras and recording devices is STRICTLY PROHIBITED during Spotlighters performances.

PHOTOGRAPHY is NOT allowed for the safety of our actors. Recording devices, cameras, phones will be confiscated if found in use.

Can I smoke in the theatre?
‍

No, none of that.

There is NO SMOKING in any area of the Audrey Herman Spotlighters Theatre.

In productions that require "smoking" actors use non-tobacco herbal products. When smoke or fog is used in a production, it is a water-based, hypo-allergenic formula.

Where are the the fire exits?
‍

For your own safety, look for your nearest EXIT. In case of emergency, WALK, do not run, to that exit. There are two exits from the theatre:

1. Exit the Courtyard door and up the steps to St Paul Street

2. Return via the lobby to the St Paul Street entrance and up the steps
