Groups may purchase the entire theatre for a larger group, student matinee, or corporate event.
Sixty-five (65) seats are available for an organization. The theatre reserves 5 seats for Front of House staff.
The organization will select an evening or matinee performance and Buy Out the theatre for that evening ($845). The group will be provided with 65 tickets which they may re-sell for whatever amount they choose. (Most groups set the Fund Raiser price between $25 and $50 per ticket.) Groups can earn between $1,300 and $3,000 for their organization. The theatre will not sell any tickets for the Fund Raiser Night. All seats are reserved for the organization's use. A deposit of $500 is required to place the reservation. Fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation date, the balance ($345) is due. If the organization has not sold all 65 tickets, the unsold tickets may be released to the theatre and the theatre will attempt to sell the tickets. The organization will be credited $10 for each ticket sold.
