Accessibility and Seating
SPOTLIGHTERS Theatre will make all attempts possible to provide seating at all performances for persons with disabilities. You must advise the Box Office in advance (2 weeks if possible) of special needs in order for preparations to be made.
Advance seating and Reserve seating is also available for individuals and their guests that require assistance in mobility, or front row seating due to special needs. Please advise the Box Office upon your arrival.

Fire Notice
For your own safety LOOK for your nearest EXIT. In case of emergency WALK, do not run, to that EXIT. By order of THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF BALTIMORE CITY.

Cameras and Recording Devices
The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited during SPOTLIGHTERS Theatre performances. Flash photography is not allowed, for the safety of our actors.

Late Seating
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and Stage Manager, during appropriate intervals in the performance. There are no refunds or discount for late arrivals.
Noise-Making Devices
Patrons are asked to turn off beepers, cell phones, pagers and other noise making devices during the performance. These devices will interfere with the theatre's wireless microphones and communication system. If necessary, a patron may leave their phone with the Box Office staff.
Smoking
There is no smoking in The Audrey Herman SPOTLIGHTERS Theatre.
Box Office
- Tickets may be placed on will call by calling 410-752-1225. Patrons may leave a message in Mailbox #3 if no one is available to take the call.
- Tickets may be placed on will call from the SPOTLIGHTERS web site (www.spotlighters.org) by clicking on the BOX OFFICE link on the Left of the page.
- Tickets may be purchased using at credit card on line at www.missiontix.com.
- Will Call Tickets are held until 15 mins prior to the performance. At that time, all unsold tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Pre-purchased tickets are held until curtain. Unless the theatre has been contacted, these tickets will be released to anyone waiting to purchase tickets. Pre-paid tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production.
- Subscribers may exchange change tickets for other dates within the same production. Dates, casting and repertroire are subject to change.
