Classes will take place during the week of February 28 through the week of March 26, temporarily stop for school spring breaks, and then resume for three weeks, April 16 through April 30.  
The final performance for all classes will take place on Saturday, May 5 at 2pm at Spotlighters Theatre.

Middle School classes take place from 4pm - 5:30pm               Tuition: $150

Tuesdays: The Actor's Toolbox II, with CJ Crowe    
For students in grades 5-8   
Jumping off from last semester's course, young actors will gain a broad but comprehensive introduction into all of the fundamental tools of the actor -- voice, body, and imagination -- to create believable characters and compelling stories. Students who did not take The Actor's Toolbox I are still encouraged to sign up -- class will be structured to allow for all students to participate fully.

Wednesdays: The Grand Ole History of Goofing Off, with Tara Cariaso
For students in grades 5-8
This course will whisk students through theatrical history -- exploring the various physical forms that have created some of the world's greatest goofballs! The class will examine and follow in the footsteps of ancient Greek goofs, Italian Renaissance bozos, European and American clowns and weirdos from the great age of Vaudeville.

Thursdays: Acting FUN!damentals, with Kym Craig
For students in grades 3-5
4:30p - 5:30p - begins March 6, 2012
Explore through play! Take a journey to discover the fundamentals of performance. Students will create original scripts through broad, improvisationally-based playwrighting techniques. They'll have a firm grasp on play structure, the skills an actor needs for voice, body, and imagination, and even get a chance to wear the director's hat while crafting new scenework.
