SPOTLIGHTERS welcomes groups to attend our performances

How to order Group Tickets:
One person is the contact person for the group. The Contact Person may go online to www.spotlighters.org and click on TICKETS and order all tickets at one time using a credit card. The ticketing system will apply the Group Rate on 15 or more tickets.

The Contact Person may call (410-752-1225) or email the theatre at Tickets@spotlighters.org and make the reservation.
- Include the Name under which the tickets will be held.
- The Contact Email and Phone # for the Group (contact person).
- The Date and Name of the Performance your group wishes to attend.
- The number in the group (this can be increased by either going back online or by calling the Box Office).

On the night of the performance, the contact person for the group will pick-up ALL tickets at once from the Box Office and will be responsible for distribution to the group.

It is suggested that groups arrive at the theatre no less than 30 minutes prior to curtain so that they may sit together, when we open house. All seating is general admission. The house opens for seating approximately 30 minutes prior to the curtain.

Groups interested in purchasing the entire theatre for a larger group or corporate event, may do so. The theatre seats 80, and the entire theatre my be purchased for $675. Payment is required in two weeks in advance.
 
Groups wishing to host a Theatre Fund Raiser Night have three options.
Option 1:
The organization will select an evening or matinee performance, and Buy Out the theatre for that evening ($675). The group will be provided 80 tickets which they may re-sell for whatever amount they choose. (Most groups set the Fund Raiser price between $25 and $50 per tickets.) Groups can earn between $1300 and $3000 for their organization. The theatre will not sell any tickets for the Fund Raiser Night. All seats are reserved for the organization's use.

Option 2:
The organization will select an evening or matinee performance, and may purchase between 40 and 80 tickets at $9.00 each. These are paid for in advance. The organization may then re-sell these tickets at whatever amount they choose. The theatre will sell any remaining seats at the theatre's regular price.

Option 3:
The organization may select an evening or matinee performance, and will market the event to their subscribers and members. Individual members are responsible for making their own reservations at the theatre either on line (www.spotlighters.org) or by calling 410-752-1225 or emailing Tickets@spotlighters.org. The organization will receive $5.00 from each adult ticket sale and $2.00 from each student or senior ticket sale. The organization does not make any money from tickets for subscribers, patrons or complimentary tickets.
